Ship "Raketa"

“Raketa” is a passenger ship that began production in 1957 in the Soviet Union, distinguished by its futuristic shapes, hydrofoils, and high speed. In the 1960s, these ships reached Kaunas, began sailing regularly on the Nemunas River, accommodated about 60 passengers, and operated on several routes; the number of ships eventually increased to ten. The voyages continued until 1995, and the most popular route was Kaunas–Nida, which attracted great interest from passengers. Today, the crew of the legendary ship continues the story of “Raketa”.
